In Surah al-Dhariyat(51:51), Allah, Al-Ahad (The One and Only, The Indivisible), tells us through the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, to not take anyone or anything as a god(s), “as objects of worship,” with Him. The Last Prophet has been sent to all of humanity to warn us against disobedience to Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala and to make clear “the path to obedience to Him. The first path to be opted [to] by believers is to refrain from associating false gods with the One God and turn toward Him wholeheartedly. Then, they are asked to acknowledge and believe in the Prophetic Call of the Messenger of Allah (S).” Indeed, Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, is the nadhirun mubinun (clear warner) from Al-Ahad.
