In Surah al-Saba(34:28), Allah, Al-Raqib (The Watchful, The Observer), explains to Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) and to us that he was sent only as a Bashir wa Nadhir (Bearer of Good News and Warner) to all of humanity, to all the worlds. It is a universal Message of Islam, of submission to Allah, The One and Only, the complete Message and the final Message. Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) is the Seal of the Prophets, the Final Messenger and the Final Message is one of glad tidings of Paradise for the believers and warnings of doom and Hellfire for the unbelievers. Al-Raqib then says that most people do not know. Most people do not understand the Message from our Creator to Whom we will all return.
