In Surah Hud (11:56), Allah, Al-Wakeel (The Trustee and The Disposer of Affairs), in this ayat tells us what Prophet Hud, peace and blessings be upon him, told his people when they listened to his message to worship Allah Only and the warnings of chastisement if they continued to turn away from their Sustainer. They refused to believe in Prophet Hud, peace and blessings be upon him, and declared that they would not leave their gods (idols) and threatened him. Prophet Hud told them to scheme and conspire all together against him, reminding them that they would be powerless even with all their idols who could not do anything. Prophet Hud said confidently to them, “Indeed, I put my tawakkul (trust) in Allah, my Sustainer and your Sustainer.” Allah is certainly Al-Wakeel, The Only Trustee and The Disposer of Affairs. “By relying on Allah, one can stand up against the entire world, for Allah is in full command of everything and besides being All-Powerful, He is also Just. Therefore one must rely on Him who, besides having Power, is Just, too.” (See An Enlightening Commentary into the Light of the Holy Qur’an, Vol. 7, compiled by a group of Muslim scholars, under the direction of Ayatullah Allamah Al-Hajj Sayyid Kamal Faqih Imani, Accessed from https://www.al-islam.org/enlightening-commentary-light-holy-quran-vol-7/section-5-ministry-hud#surah-hud-verse-56
