In Surah Muhammad (47:7), Allah, Al-Mateen (The Firm, The Steadfast), speaks to the believers, telling us if we help Him, He will yuthabbit (make steady and firm) our feet. The believers must aid Islam through our thoughts, speech and deeds. Helping Al-Mateen means helping spread Islam, keeping the religion strong and free from corruption, and aiding the believers and humanity in any way we can, This includes through speaking, writing, financial support and our very lives. The One Who is The Firm and The Steadfast will then make our feet steady and firm on the Sirat al-Mustaqeem (Straight Path) so we are able to carry out our tasks in this world, without succumbing to the whispers of Shaitan, and continue helping Him. This is Allah’s Subhanahu wa ta’ala Promise which is never broken.
